Our Approach
We began with a discovery phase, collaborating closely with LED MODE’s team to understand their brand values, target audience, and competitive landscape. Research revealed that consumers valued sleek, modern designs with a nod to eco-friendliness, given LED technology’s energy-efficient appeal. We identified key pain points: existing packaging lacked visual impact, and the brand’s previous logo didn’t convey innovation or premium quality. Our goal was to create a bold, versatile identity that would enhance brand recognition across multiple touchpoints.
Logo Design: We designed a minimalist yet dynamic logo that combined clean typography with a stylized light burst, symbolizing illumination and innovation. The logo was crafted to be scalable, ensuring clarity on small packaging and large-scale shop banners. We explored multiple color palettes, ultimately selecting a sleek black-and-white base with accents of vibrant blue to evoke trust and technology.
Box Packaging: For the packaging, we developed a modular design system that accommodated various LED product sizes, from compact bulbs to larger fixtures. The packaging featured high-resolution, photo-realistic product visuals layered against a matte black background, with strategic pops of neon accents to mirror LED lighting effects. We incorporated sustainable materials, aligning with LED MODE’s eco-conscious ethos, and ensured the design was print-ready with die-cut precision for a premium unboxing experience. Mockups were used to test visual impact across retail and e-commerce settings.
Shop Banners: The shop banners were designed to create an immersive in-store and online experience. We used large-scale visuals of LED MODE products in action, paired with concise taglines emphasizing energy efficiency and design. The banners maintained brand consistency through the logo’s typography and color scheme, ensuring instant recognition. We also created digital versions for LED MODE’s website and social media, optimizing for high engagement.
